New chart – Rural carrier three digit DACA codes

In PP19/2024, all single-digit rural DACA (Days Assigned Carrier Absent) codes will be transitioned to the three-digit city hours code equivalent. Beginning with PP 19/2024 timekeeping (covering 8/24/2024 through 9/6/2024), all DACA days reported on rural timecards must be entered using three-digit hours codes.
