There was a time when USPS was counted on for delivery in adverse weather conditions. Not any longer, Western NC has become a joke when it comes to winter weather and delivery. We have employees that refuse to come to work, managers that order parcels left on the roadside, carriers that won’t even attempt delivery. Pathetic when customers have to wait in line for over an hour to pick up their packages and mail, only to be told we stopped handing out packages at 2pm.
