UPDATE: I have now confirmed the carrier’s identity and received additional information from a coworker who knew him personally.
His name was Arnold, and he was a rural carrier at Decatur Main.

4 hours his scanner never moved??
If that was a CCA they would have had 4 supervisors up
his ass after 15 mins. Could have gave him CPR??
Treat all carriers like City Carriers watch the improvements??
