The NRLCA Academy Facilitator Task Force was in Washington, DC this week attending meetings with Postal Service Headquarters and wrapping up proposed updates to the training curriculum for Assistant Rural Carriers (ARCs). The Task Force brings the experience of rural carriers into discussions about what new employees need to know before they head out on a route.
