Recording RRECS activities is a fundamental requirement to ensure accuracy of Rural Route Evaluations and Rural Carrier compensation. To improve accuracy for these timed events, there will be an enhancement made to the MDDs for Loading and End of Shift (EOS) effective June 15, 2026. To reduce errors, an audible reminder has been added to remind the carrier to ENDLOADVEH,
PMCASING or CLOCKOUT appropriately.
Need to fix the carrier pickup and prepaid acceptance crap! Make it ONE and why oh why we got to input the number and max at 5!?!? Just hit carrier pickup up , yes/no to manifest and just scan and be done ! One spot automatically puts the number of pickups with the amount scanned and a tracking be created for the customer. Why WRECKS got to make it so stupidly complex!?!?!

Just deliver the mail and get paid by the hour.
We have rurals in our office that get paid over 8 hours a day,
and have been working 4 hours for the last few months.
Don’t believe me, I dare the USPS to start inspecting rural routes.
take all those dead ass supervisors and make them follow a rural
route for a day. Then tell me how they allow them to steal the time
they do???? Biggest bunch of crooks ever, rural carriers!!!!
don’t fault us for being efficient. Speed up and shut up. It is an evaluation of volume. Who cares what time it takes to do the route. Worry about your own job.

City routes are half the size of ours, Mary. You couldn’t handle a rural route with double the parcels double the letters and flats, and triple the names to remember. You’d probably have a seizure on the first day, fool.

Since Covid I’ve been forced to do each of the rural routes in my office multiple times.
We still have amazon, and I finished each route in faster times then the Cuck rurals.
In fact your sally union has filed a grievance against my PM for allowing me to do the routes?? So go in the back room and service your PM like I can tell you do!!!!
Why are all the postal employees getting killed in accidents rural carriers??
