Rural Carrier Hero: Craig Perrin, Stanley, NY

Stanley, NY, Rural Carrier Craig Perrin was delivering mail at a house when he noticed the owner’s prized horse roaming the grounds unattended. No one was home, so Perrin led the horse back to the barn and secured it. The owners later thanked him.
