The NRLCA National Board has decided to make the National Recap Reports available to the membership via the NRLCA web site. Please understand that this National Recap includes every rural route on which a regular carrier worked that pay period. If no regular carrier worked the route, the route is not included in that week’s report. Only hours worked by a regular carrier on their assigned route are included. So, the number of regular carriers will vary from week to week depending the number of carriers on leave for the entire week.
