NEW: USPS, NRLCA Sign MOU to Hire Holiday Assistant Rural Carriers

The U.S. Postal Service and NRLCA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to rehire rural carrier annuitants into holiday assistant rural carrier (HARC) positions. These individuals will be used to deliver packages up to 7 days per week.
