The U.S. Postal Service and the National Rural Letter Carriers’ Association have signed an MOU to rehire rural carrier annuitants as holiday assistant rural carriers (HARCs). These individuals will be used to deliver packages up to seven (7) days per week between November 2, 2024, through January 24, 2025.
