Please see the below MOU between the U.S. Postal Service and the NRLCA setting the future evaluation periods for all rural routes with effective dates at six-month intervals. This MOU also outlines several changes to be made to the calculation of Route Coverage effective with the rural route evaluations, October 7, 2023.
Attention Rural Carriers: Management must pull and post the RADAR Report daily. The requirement is daily, not just during the Mini Mail Survey but every day. If management doesn’t pull and post the report, notify your DR or ADR.
The NRLCA was approached to discuss the Step 4 in reference to the closed business or school. In that Step 4, if a business/school closed hold contained 8 or more DPS letters, the carrier would receive a parcel during the Evaluated Compensations System (ECS) mail count.
