How to become a National Delegate
Being a National Delegate for your state is completely different from being a State Delegate.
If you wish to be a Delegate to your State Convention,
those elections are usually held during your local/county union meetings.
If you don't know the procedures to become a delegate, continue reading:
You must be a member of the NRLCA
You may nominate yourself or someone else
You must mail your signed ballot to your State Secretary
Your ballot must be in the office of your State Secretary
at least (40) days prior to your State Convention.

Once your ballot is received and verified by your State Secretary,
your name will put on a National Delegate Candidate list and sent
out to all members in your state to vote on
